The price is competitive and wood quality is good. There were several boxes damaged in transport and Kyle helped me to get the replacement very fast. I made a mistake on measuring my house and caused many boxes remaining. Kyle also helped me to start the return process and negotiated the shipping and restocking fee with vendor for me. I'm very happy with the business with Kyle and he is always on my side to help on everything. Highly recommended.
