  Third world model of a company. Lowest common denominators on employees, management and product. No one knows CAUSE ITS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT . The managers are sorry mouth pieces who can repeat “i am sorry” very fast and that is supposed to cover the inadequate service and lack of knowledge. It seems walmart employees are finding homedepot pays a dime more and rushed over. The carpet department lady could barely breath let alone help me. God help us all with our NEW AMERICA

  Very rude way to communicate with the customers. Mister Jeremy Hood, who pretends to be the Customer Service Manager (at least he told me so) rolled over the eyes, told me about 3 times "as I said" and "the gentleman behind you might need customer service as well". I placed an order over $5000 and I was told might come in a few shipments. At the Customer Office desk I was trying to find out which days are supposed to arrive the shipments. With simply no result...
